腹腔镜下Dixon手术治疗直肠癌的效果评价

摘　　要：目的分析总结腹腔镜下直肠癌前侧切除术(Dixon手术)治疗直肠癌的效果。方法80例直肠癌患者,根据手术方案不同分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。对照组患者采取传统开腹手术治疗,观察组患者采取Dixon手术治疗。对比两组患者临床效果及并发症发生情况、手术相关指标。结果观察组患者的总有效率为87.50%,与对照组的82.50%比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组患者的并发症发生率12.50%低于对照组的40.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者术中出血量(50.50±10.50)ml少于对照组的(76.50±12.50)ml,肛门排气时间(54.50±8.50)h、下床活动时间(10.50±2.50)h、住院时间(10.50±2.50)d均明显短于对照组的(72.50±10.50)h、(17.50±2.50)h、(15.50±2.50)d,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论与传统术式比较,腹腔镜下Dixon手术治疗直肠癌安全性高,患者损伤小、恢复快。Objective To analyze the effect of laparoscopic anterior resection of rectal cancer(Dixon surgery)in the treatment of rectal cancer.Methods A total of 80 patients with rectal cancer were divided into a control group and an observation group according to different surgical regimens,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with traditional open surgery,and the observation group was treated with Dixon surgery.The clinical effects,complications and surgery-related indicators were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 87.50%,and the difference was not statistically significant when compared with 82.50%in the control group(P>0.05).The complication rate 12.50%in the observation group was lower than 40.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The intraoperative blood loss(50.50±10.50)ml of the observation group was less than(76.50±12.50)ml of the control group,and the anal exhaust time(54.50±8.50)h,off-bed activity time(10.50±2.50)h and hospitalization time(10.50±2.50)d were significantly shorter than(72.50±10.50)h,(17.50±2.50)h,(15.50±2.50)d of the control group.All the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with traditional surgery,laparoscopic Dixon operation is safe for the treatment of rectal cancer,with less injury and faster recovery.
