沈阳市于洪区小学生龋病调查及流行特征分析

摘　　要：目的调查沈阳市于洪区小学生龋病情况,并分析其流行特征。方法将沈阳市于洪区2019年12月在校的23871例小学生作为本次的调查对象,进行龋病调查,并分析其流行特征。结果沈阳市于洪区23871例小学生中,乳牙患龋率为44.96%、乳牙充填率为11.90%、乳牙龋均(1.54±0.17)颗,恒牙患龋率为13.97%、恒牙充填率为25.01%,恒牙龋均(0.26±0.02)颗。其中,男生乳牙龋均、恒牙龋均、恒牙患龋率均低于女生,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);小学生随年龄增高,乳牙患龋率先增长后下降,恒牙患龋率不断增长。9岁乳牙患龋率最高,12岁乳牙患龋率最低,12岁恒牙患龋率最高。结论沈阳市于洪区小学生患龋率目前尚处于全国比较低的水平,且龋病治疗情况比较好,但不同性别、年龄段中仍然存在一定差异,建议学校及卫生部门应加强对小学生及其家长的口腔健康教育工作。Objective To investigate the prevalence of dental caries among pupils in Yuhong District of Shenyang City,and analyze its epidemiological characteristics.Methods A total of 23871 pupils in Yuhong District,Shenyang City in December 2019 were taken as the subjects of this survey to investigate caries and analyze its prevalence characteristics.Results Among 23871 pupils in Yuhong District,the caries rate of deciduous teeth was 44.96%,the filling rate of deciduous teeth was 11.90%,the mean decayed,missing and filled teeth of deciduous teeth was(1.54±0.17)teeth,the caries rate of permanent teeth was 13.97%,the filling rate of permanent teeth was 25.01%,and the mean decayed,missing and filled teeth of permanent teeth was(0.26±0.02)teeth.Among them,the mean decayed,missing and filled teeth of deciduous teeth,mean decayed,missing and filled teeth of permanent teeth,and caries rate of permanent teeth of males were lower than those of females,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).With the increase of age,the caries of deciduous teeth increased first and then decreased,and the caries rate of permanent teeth increased continuously.9-year-old pupils had the highest caries rate in deciduous teeth,12-year-old pupils had the lowest caries rate in deciduous teeth,and 12-year-old pupils had the highest caries rate in permanent teeth.Conclusion The caries rate of pupils in Yuhong District of Shenyang City is still at a relatively low level in China,and the treatment of dental caries is relatively good,but there are still some differences in different gender and age groups.It is suggested that schools and health departments should strengthen oral health education for primary school students and their parents.
