高等级公路建设生态环境保护问题与对策研究

摘　　要：为促进高等级公路建设和生态环境的协调发展,指出了高等级公路建设中存在的生态环境问题,包括地表破坏、水体污染、垃圾污染、气体污染和噪音污染等。分析了高等级公路施工污染的成因:对环保观念理解有误,设计理念落后,相关法律法规不完善。提出了生态环境保护对策:合理运用土地资源,引入先进的生态环境保护技术,完善生态环境保护法律法规。应将高等级公路建设与生态环境保护有机结合,实现人与自然的和谐发展。In order to promote the coordinated development of high-grade highway construction and ecological environment,this paper points out the ecological environment problems existing in high-grade highway construction,including surface damage,water pollution,garbage pollution,gas pollution and noise pollution.It analyzes the causes of high-grade highway construction pollution,i.e.wrong understanding of environmental protection concept,backward design concept and imperfect relevant laws and regulations.The countermeasures of eco-environmental protection are put forward,i.e.to rational use of land resources,introduction of advanced eco-environmental protection technology,and improvement of eco-environmental protection laws and regulations.The construction of high-grade highway should be organically combined with ecological environment protection to realize the harmonious development of man and nature.
