摘　　要：目的分析口腔正畸治疗成人牙周病患者的有效性。方法选取我院2018年4月至2020年4月收治的82例成人牙周病患者,按照治疗方法将其分为对照组(n=41,常规治疗)和研究组(n=41,常规治疗+口腔正畸治疗)。比较两组的治疗效果。结果治疗后,研究组的牙龈指数、牙齿松动度评分、牙周袋探诊深度、龈乳头探诊出血指数均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组的TNF-α、IL-6水平低于对照组,IL-2水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,牙齿排列整齐、咬合关系、牙齿致密和美观评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组的SESS评分高于对照组,GOHAI评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论口腔正畸用于成人牙周病中的效果理想,可改善患者的牙周指标,值得推广和应用。Objective To analyze the effectiveness of orthodontic treatment for adult patients with periodontal disease.Methods A total of 82 adult patients with periodontal disease treated in our hospital from April 2018 to April 2020 were selected and divided into control group(n=41,routine treatment)and study group(n=41,routine treatment+orthodontic treatment)according to the treatment method.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the gingival index,tooth mobility score,probing depth of periodontal pocket and bleeding index of gingival papilla in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of TNF-α,IL-6 in the study group were lower than those in the control group,the level of IL-2 was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of tooth arrangement,occlusal relationship,tooth density and aesthetics in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the SESS score of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the GOHAI score was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Orthodontics has a ideal effect for adult periodontal disease,it can improve the periodontal indexes of patients,which is worthy of popularization and application.
