水生态治理中基于城市海绵体的城镇污水处理设施设计——以沙县水南东片区污水处理厂为例

摘　　要：将城镇污水处理设施与“城市海绵体”进行“合体”设计是水生态治理的一大创举。以沙县水南东片区污水处理厂的规划设计为例,在详述污水处理的施工工艺流程及其关键参数的基础上,结合半地下组合式箱体平面布局、地面景观绿化布置及主要建(构)筑物的屋顶绿化设计,为城镇增加“城市海绵体”,以增强城市的排涝功能;同时还评估了设计方案的生态环境及社会经济效益。以此为县域城镇开展排污设施设计提供了思路、技术参数和形式样例。The“integration”design of urban sewage treatment facilities and“urban sponge”is a great initiative conducive to water ecological treatment.Taking the planning and design of sewage treatment plant in the east Shuinan area of Shaxian district as an example,based on the detailed description of the construction process and key parameters of sewage treatment,combined with the plane layout of semi underground modular box,ground landscape greening layout and roof greening design of main buildings(structures),the“urban sponge”is added to the town to enhance the water-draining function of the city.At the same time,the ecological environment and socio-economic benefits of the design scheme are also evaluated.This paper can provide a reference design idea,technical parameters and form examples for the design of sewage facilities in counties and cities.
