两种心理干预对上颌窦癌手术患者心理健康状况的影响

摘　　要：目的:分析和探讨上颌窦癌手术病人心理健康状况及护理对策。方法:将68例上颌窦癌手术病人随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组34例,治疗组采用常规心理护理加患者知情护理,对照组采用常规心理护理,患者不知情,以症状自评量表(SCL-90)分别对两组病人行心理护理前后的心理健康状况进行评分。结果:两组病人护理后SCL-90总分及躯体化、人际敏感因子、强迫分显著降低,与护理前比较差异具有显著性(ΔP<0.05或ΔΔP<0.01);治疗组心理护理后抑郁和恐怖因子分明显降低,与护理前和对照组心理护理后相比均有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:上颌窦癌病人经过细心的心理护理可以改善患者的心理状况,有利于手术及病人的康复,术前告知病情的心理护理效果更好。Objective To analyze and discuss the mental health status and nursing countermeasures of patients with maxillary sinus carcinoma undergoing surgery.Methods 68 cases of maxillary sinus carcinoma surgery patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,34 cases in each group,treatment group with normal psychological nursing and patients’ knowledge of nursing,the control group using conventional psychological nursing,patients don’t informed,by the self-assessment lists of symptom (SCL-90) respectively on two groups of patients psychological nursing before and after mental health score.Results After nursing,the total score of SCL-90,somatization,interpersonal sensitivity factor and compulsion score were significantly decreased in the two groups (ΔP<0.05 orΔΔ P<0.01).The scores of depression and fear factors in the treatment group were significantly decreased after psychological nursing,and there were significant differences compared with those before and after psychological nursing in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Careful psychological nursing can improve the psychological status of patients with maxillary sinus cancer,which is beneficial to the operation and the recovery of patients.The effect of preoperative psychological nursing is better.
