摘　　要：通过对54个不同年份、不同酒度瓶储白酒感官质量及风味成分研究,用科学数据证明了瓶储年份、酒度对白酒质量的影响,为偏低度白酒的酒体设计、科学瓶储提供了依据。Through the study of sensory quality and aroma components of 54 bottles with different vintage and alcohol content,the influence of vintage and alcohol content on Baijiu quality was proved with scientific data,which provided the basis for the design of low alcohol Baijiu and scientific Bottle storage.
