十里香智能化酿酒设备的优劣分析

摘　　要：通过对十里香股份公司智能车间和手工车间在生产效率、过程控制以及原酒产量和质量方面进行对比,发现智能车间在降低劳动强度、节省劳动成本以及参数控制等方面优于传统的手工车间,且智能化化生产对提高酒质也有一定的影响;其主要的不足点则在于机器操作的结果反馈时间较长,不如手工车间反馈迅速。This articlecompares the production efficiency,process control,raw liquor output and quality between the intelligent workshop and the manual workshop of Shilixiang Co.,it was found that the intelligent workshop was better than the traditional manual workshop in reducing Labor intensity,saving labor cost and parameter control;The main disadvantage is that the feedback time of the machine operation is longer than that of the manual workshop.
