摘  要:研制了石墨烯/壳聚糖/噻虫啉电化学免疫传感器。运用循环伏安法对修饰过程中电极表面的电化学性质进行了研究。通过间接竞争法检测了杀虫剂噻虫啉,最低检出限为0.4 mg/L,线性范围为500~6000 mg/L。石墨烯/壳聚糖/噻虫啉电化学免疫传感器展示了好的稳定性,并对香蕉和西红柿实际样品进行测定,回收率范围为93.2%~103.9%。An electrochemical immunosensor based on graphene/chitosan/thiacloprid modified electrode was developed.The electrochemical properties of the modified electrode were studied by cyclic voltammetry.Insecticide thiacloprid was detected by indirect competitive method.The lowest detection limit was 0.4 mg/L,and the linear range was 500~6000 mg/L.The graphene/chitosan/thiacloprid immunosensor has good repeatability and stability.The samples of banana,and tomato were determined,and the recoveries ranged from 93.2%to 103.9%.
