摘 要:With the development of economic activities, marine oil pollution is becoming an increasing serious problem. Instead of dissolved in seawater, petroleum hydrocarbons are more easily enriched in sediments, which poses a serious threat to benthos. In this paper, the research progresses on toxicity of marine petroleum hydrocarbon for polychaetes were reviewed in recent years, including the toxic mechanism of petroleum hydrocarbons, the feeding habits, the effects of petroleum hydrocarbons on the antioxidant defense system, the nervous system damages, the molecular damages of polychaetes under the stress of petroleum hydrocarbon, the accumulation and metabolism of petroleum hydrocarbons in polychaetes. The future research direction were also prospected.随着经济发展,海洋石油污染问题日益严峻,相比较溶于海水,石油烃更易富集于沉积物中,对海洋生态系统造成影响,特别是对底栖动物产生严重威胁。文中综述了近年来国内外关于海洋石油烃污染对多毛类动物的毒性效应研究进展,主要包括:石油烃的毒性机制、多毛类动物摄食习性、多毛类动物对石油烃的富集与代谢、石油烃对多毛类抗氧化防御系统的影响、石油烃对多毛类底栖动物神经系统的损害和分子损伤,并对未来研究方向进行了展望。
