摘　　要：在"1+8"传帮带的方式借助"六步法"在树立正确"三观"的前提下,开展基于工作过程一体化课程中教师协同育人的教学改革,增强学生的劳动观念、提高学生的职业素养,全面推动数控铣技能展示和理论积累,加深学生进入企业前的"5S"质量安全管理。The"1+8"mentoring way with the help of a"six steps"on the premise of establishing correct"through",carry out based on the working process of the integration of teachers’cooperative education in the course teaching reform,strengthen students’concept of labor and improve the students’professional quality,all-round CNC milling skill features and theoretical accumulation,deepen the students"5 s"quality and safety of the enterprise management.
