摘 要:目的调查石嘴山市辖区生活饮用水碘基线数据和孕妇碘盐食用现况,综合评估石嘴山市孕妇碘营养状况。方法分别采用多阶段抽样方法和整群抽样方法采集居民生活饮用水、孕妇家中食用盐盐样和晨尿,检测水碘含量、孕妇盐碘和尿碘含量。结果2017年石嘴山市生活饮用水水碘含量中位数为8.05μg·L^(-1),不同地区水碘含量差异有统计学意义(Hc=11.440,P<0.05);孕妇家庭食用碘盐覆盖率为97.67%,合格碘盐食用率为92.67%;孕妇尿碘中位数为173.00μg·L^(-1)。不同地区、年龄、孕周的孕妇尿碘水平差异均无统计学意义(P均>0.05);孕妇尿碘水平与辖区生活饮用水水碘含量呈正相关(r=0.229,P=0.001)。结论石嘴山市大部分地区外环境水碘含量较低,孕妇碘营养水平受生活饮用水水碘浓度影响。孕妇碘营养水平适宜,少部分孕妇碘营养不足原因需进一步探究。Objective To master the iodine content in drinking water and the status of iodized salt consumption of pregnant women in Shizuishan City,evaluate the iodine nutrition level of pregnant women in Shizuishan City.Methods Using multi-stage sampling method and cluster sampling method to collect drinking water samples from residents,salt samples from pregnant women’s homes and random urine samples to detect iodine content in water,salt iodine and urine iodine content of pregnant women.Results In 2017,the median iodine content of drinking water in Shizuishan City was 8.05μg·L^(-1),which was statistically significant in different regions(Hc=11.440,P<0.05);the coverage rate of pregnant women’s iodized salt was 97.67%,and the qualified rate of iodized salt was 92.67%;the median urinary iodine of pregnant women was 173.00μg·L^(-1),and there was no significant difference between different regions,ages and pregnant women’s urinary iodine levels(P all>0.05).The urinary iodine level of pregnant women was positively correlated with the iodine content of drinking water in their respective areas(r=0.229,P=0.001).Conclusion The iodine content of water in Shizuishan City is generally low,and the iodine level of pregnant women is affected by the iodine concentration in drinking water.The iodine nutrition level of pregnant women is appropriate,and the causes of iodine deficiency in a few pregnant women need to be further explored.
