摘　　要：以机械工程专业为例,比较了常州市4所高校的研究生培养情况,阐明了建立同城研究生教育资源共享机制的重要性。提出建立以政府为主导、高校为主体和企业共同参与三者相结合的地方高校研究生教育资源共享模式,并给出以产业研究院为基础的教育资源共享的4种形式:研究生联合基地建设、学分互认制度、研究生导师协作式和联合共建实验室等,力求常州市各高校能够实现对研究生教育资源的高效共享和利用,从而为地方高校研究生培养提供支持。Taking mechanical engineering as an example,a comparison is conducted concerning the postgraduate training of four colleges and universities in Changzhou,and the importance of establishing the sharing mechanism of graduate education resources in the same city is expounded.It is put forward that a sharing mode of graduate education resources in local colleges and universities led by the government,with colleges and universities as the main body,and enterprises as the joint participants should be established.Besides,four forms of sharing graduate education resources based on industrial research institutes are proposed,including the construction of joint base for graduate students,mutual recognition system of credits,cooperation of graduate tutors and joint construction of laboratories,aiming at achieving the efficient sharing and utilization of graduate education resources among colleges and universities in Changzhou,which thus will provide support for the graduate training in local colleges and universities.
