摘　　要：教育考试治理效能的充分发挥依赖于其核心要素的有效运行。在教育治理现代化不断推进的新时代背景下,依法治考的核心要素表现在目标、主体、价值与技术4个方面。依法治考的目标要素是实现教育考试治理现代化,主体要素是促进教育考试多方利益相关者协同参与,价值要素是保持教育考试权力与权利关系的合理平衡,技术要素是利用现代信息技术推动教育考试管理与服务的改革创新。各核心要素彼此联系、相互作用,共同实现依法治考整体优化,从而加快推动教育考试制度规范运行和教育事业更好、更快发展。The full play of educational examination governance effectiveness depends on the accurate grasp and effective operation of its core elements. In the new era with the continuous advancement of the modernization of education governance, the core elements of the governance of examination according to law are manifested in four aspects: target, subject, value and technology. The target element is to realize the modernization of education examination governance. The subject element is to promote the collaborative participation of multi-stakeholder in educational examination. The value element is to maintain a reasonable balance between the right and the power of educational examination. The technology element is to use the modern information technology to promote the reform and innovation of educational examination management and service.The core elements are interrelated and interact with each other to realize the overall optimization of the governance of examination according to law, so as to accelerate the standardized operation of the educational examination system and the better and faster development of education.
