摘　　要：针对双螺杆压缩机的工况特点,对高压电机异常损伤形式的特征及产生的原因进行了深入地研究,研究表明空压机高压电机损伤的形式主要是高压电机振动大、定子线圈电流频繁波动、转子磨损等,针对这些问题提出了合理的技术措施,为提高空压机的使用寿命和延长工作时间提供帮助。According to the working conditions of twin screw air compressor,the characteristics and causes of abnormal damage of high voltage motor are studied,the research shows that the damage of high-voltage motor of air compressor is mainly caused by high vibration of high-voltage Motor,frequent fluctuation of stator coil current and wear of rotor.It is helpful to improve the service life of air compressor and extend the working time.
