摘 要:为了研究温度对淬火态2219铝合金板材圆孔翻边工艺的影响,在25~300℃温度范围内,对淬火态2219铝合金板材进行热拉伸试验以研究其在不同温度下的力学性能变化,并根据热拉伸试验结果进行加热状态下的圆孔翻边试验。结果表明:对于淬火态2219铝合金板材,加热可以提高其塑性,加热至150℃时伸长率达到40%以上,随着温度的升高,其伸长率继续提高,但超过200℃时,随着温度升高,其伸长率略有降低;与室温(25℃)状态下圆孔翻边相比,加热可以显著提高淬火态2219铝合金板材的圆孔翻边成形性能,当温度在170~180℃范围时,可以一次完成翻边圆孔的成形,且加热并不影响产品的最终力学性能。In order to study the influence of temperature on the round hole flanging process for the quenched 2219 aluminum alloy sheet,the hot tensile tests of the quenched 2219 aluminum alloy sheet were performed in the temperatures range of 25-300℃to study the change of its mechanical properties at different temperatures,and the round hole flanging test under the heating state was carried out according to the result of the hot tensile test.The results show that heating can improve the plasticity of the quenched 2219 aluminum alloy sheet,and the elongation reaches more than 40%when heated to 150℃.As the temperature increases,the elongation continues to increase,but when it exceeds 200°C,the elongation decreases slightly as the temperature increases.Compared with the round hole flanging at room temperature(25℃),heating can significantly improve the round hole flanging formability of the quenched 2219 aluminum alloy sheet,when the temperature is 170-180℃,the flanging round hole can be formed at one time,and heating does not affect the final mechanical properties of the product.
