摘　　要：目的分析视网膜分支静脉阻塞(BRVO)合并黄斑水肿患者的房水中白介素-6、白介素-8和血管生长因子(VEGF)浓度及视网膜黄斑区中央凹厚度(CMT)的相关性。方法选取2020年7月~2020年10月确诊为BRVO并首次接受玻璃体腔内抗VEGF药物治疗的患者20例,检测注射前房水IL-8和VEGF浓度及CMT,分析术前房水中IL-8和VEGF浓度及CMT的相关性。结果术前患者房水中IL-6,IL-8和VEGF浓度分别为(22.74±53.24)ng/L,(10.71±20.34)ng/L,(28.41±22.62)ng/L,患者首次房水中IL-8和VEGF浓度与CMT呈线性正相关(r=0.589,0.795,均P<0.05),IL-8和VEGF浓度呈线性正相关(r=0.781,P<0.05);IL-6浓度与CMT,VEGF不具有相关性(r=0.330,P>0.05)。结论房水中IL-8和VEGF浓度与BRVO的病变进程有关,BRVO患者房水中VEGF和IL-8水平升高。Objective To analyze the correlation between the concentration of interleukin-6(IL-6),interleukin-8(IL-8)and vascular growth factor(VEGF)in aqueous humor and the thickness of the fovea(CMT)in the macular area of the retina in patients with branch retinal vein occlusion(BRVO)and macular edema.Methods Select 20 patients who were diagnosed with BRVO from July 2020 to October 2020 and received intravitreal anti-VEGF therapy for the first time.The concentration of IL-8 and VEGF in the aqueous humor and the center of the macular area were detected.Concavity thickness(CMT),analyze the correlation between the concentration of IL-8 and VEGF in aqueous humor and the thickness of the fovea CMT in the macular area before surgery.Results The average concentrations of IL-6,IL-8 and VEGF in the aqueous humor of the patients were(22.74±53.24)ng/L,(10.71±20.34)ng/L,(28.41±22.62)ng/L,and the concentrations of IL-8 and VEGF in the aqueous humor of the patients were positive with CMT.Correlation(r=0.589,0.795,both P<0.05),IL-8 and VEGF concentrations are positively correlated(r=0.781,P<0.05);IL-6 concentration and CMT(r=0.330,P>0.05),IL-6 and VEGF were not related.Conclusion The concentration of IL-8 and VEGF in aqueous humor is related to the pathological process of BRVO,and the levels of VEGF and IL-8 in aqueous humor of BRVO patients increase.
