脑血疏口服液对脑出血急性期血肿吸收的影响及神经功能的改善作用

摘　　要：目的观察脑血疏口服液对脑出血患者急性期血肿的影响及神经功能的改善作用。方法选取2019年3月~2020年3月收治的脑出血患者80例,将仅接受常规基础治疗的患者归入基础治疗组(对照组40例),将接受常规基础治疗联合脑血疏口服液治疗的患者归入脑血疏口服液组(实验组40例)。收集患者的一般临床资料,以治疗前后的及神经功能评分、中医症候评分、凝血四项化验、超敏C反应蛋白(CRP)、血肿体积资料,并进行统计分析。结果对照组和实验组治疗前一般临床资料比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);对照组和观察组治疗前后凝血功能的统计:对照组和实验组治疗21d后组内比较Fib明显上升,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组和观察组治疗后的CRP水平较治疗前均明显下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组治疗后的CRP下降水平高于对照组,并有统计学差异(P<0.05);对照组和观察组治疗后的血肿体积和NIHSS评分、中医症候评分较治疗前均明显下降;观察组治疗后的血肿体积下降和NIHSS评分、中医症候评分改善均高于对照组,并有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论脑血疏口服液可以促进脑出血患者急性期血肿吸收,改善神经功能评分,可以明显降低CRP水平,对凝血功能无明显影响。Objective To observe the effect of Naoxueshu oral liquid on the absoimprovement of neurological function in acute intracerebral hemorrhage patient.Methods Eighty patients with intracerebral hemorrhage were enrolled from March 2019 to March 2020,including 40 patients received Naoxueshu oral liquid plus regular treatment(Naoxueshu group),and 40 patients received the regular treatment(control group)only.The general clinical information,neurological assessment information,laboratory information,and the hematoma volume information were collected and analyzed pre-and post-treatment.Results There were no differences in the information between two groups before treatment(P>0.05).21-day after treatment,the PRC,hematoma volume,the National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)score,and traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome score in the Naoxueshu group and control group were significantly decreased than before,and the changes of the PRC,hematoma volume,NIHSS score and TCM syndrome score in Naoxueshu group were greater than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Naoxueshu oral liquid can promote the absorption of hematoma and improve the neurological function in acute intracerebral hemorrhage patient,and there is no significant effect on the blood coagulation function.
