摘　　要：目的构建基于最佳证据的癌症患者化疗所致周围神经毒性循证护理预防方案。方法以JBI循证卫生保健模式为理论框架,检索癌症患者化疗所致周围神毒性的最佳证据、评价证据并组织相关利益人群对证据进行可行性评定和转化,确立循证护理方案。结果该方案包括癌症化疗所致周围神经毒性评估、预防、管理3个方面共16个推荐条目,其中5个强推荐、11个弱推荐。结论该预防护理方案基于最佳证据,结合临床实际、患者意愿及专业人员评定形成,为下一步的临床验证奠定基础。Objective Based on best evidences,to formulate an evidence-based nursing program for patients with chemotherapy-induced peripheral neurotoxicity.Methods The JBI model of evidence-based healthcare was used as the theoretical framework to formulate an evidence-based healthcare program by retrieving the best evidence from the chemotherapy-induced peripheral neurotoxicity,in order to assess the evidence and to invite the stake-holders to determine the feasibility and complete the transformation.Results A program was formulated.It was composed of 16 recommended items in 3 dimensions.Of the 16 recommended items,there were 5 strongly recommended items and 11 weak recommended items.Conclusions The evidence-based nursing program is based on the best evidences,clinical practice,patient’s willingness and the assessment of medical experts.It provides a basis for clinical verification of further research.
