摘　　要：通过应用因子分析法对投入产出指标进行降维处理,构建评价高职院校建设效率的数据包络分析模型,并以广东省18所一流高职院校建设单位为例进行了实证分析。结果说明,广东省18所一流高职院校在一流院校项目建设中取得了良好的绩效,平均技术效率值达到了0.974,能够有效利用和管理所投入的资源,在人才培养、科学研究、社会服务等方面都达到了较高产出,为后续“双高计划”建设奠定了良好基础。Through the application of factor analysis method to reduce the dimension of input-output indicators,this paper constructs a data envelopment analysis model to evaluate the construction efficiency of higher vocational colleges,and takes 18 first-class higher vocational colleges in Guangdong Province as an example for empirical analysis.The results show that 18 first-class higher vocational colleges in Guangdong Province have achieved good performance in the project construction of first-class colleges,and the average technical efficiency value reaches 0.974.Higher vocational colleges can effectively use and manage the resources invested,and achieve high output in personnel training,scientific research and social services,which lays a good foundation for the follow-up construction of the“Double-high plan”.
