高校实验室安全教育成熟度模型研究

摘　　要：目前,实验室安全教育的相关研究旨在建立学校特色的安全教育体系,但存在安全教育很难进行系统性梳理,从而导致相关经验较难借鉴的问题。针对此问题,该文引入成熟度模型,结合实验室安全教育特点,运用德尔菲法,将安全教育分成4个阶段,建立了高校实验室安全教育成熟度模型,为实验室安全教育“精准定位”提供系统指标,为安全教育进阶提供所需的达成条件,也为实验室安全教育的“定位”与“改善”提供重要依据。At present,the related research of laboratory safety education aims to establish a school characteristic safety education system,but it is difficult to systematically sort out the safety education,which leads to the problem that the relevant experience is difficult to learn.In order to solve this problem and as combined with the characteristics of laboratory safety education,this paper introduces the maturity model,uses Delphi method to divide the safety education into four stages,and establishes the maturity model of such education in colleges and universities,which provides the system index for the“Accurate positioning”of laboratory safety education,necessary conditions for the advancement of such education and an important basis for the“Positioning”and“Improvement”of laboratory safety education.
