摘 要:目前,常态教学难以适应学习者个性化需求的缺陷日渐显现,因此对学习者的认识、理解和状态追踪亟待进行深入的挖掘分析。针对学习过程中存在的学习效果反馈不及时、学习迷航等问题,文章从深度学习的视角,构建了能够表征学习者个体认知状态与领域知识结构相结合的学习者模糊认知地图,并从课程知识图谱生成、学习者认知水平诊断、模糊认知地图构建三个方面详细阐述了学习者模糊认知地图的构建过程。在此基础上,文章提出基于学习者模糊认知地图的个性化学习路径推荐和相似学伴推荐,以促进学习者的深度学习。At present, the shortcoming that normal teaching is difficult to adapt to learners’ individual needs is exposed gradually, therefore, it is urgent to conduct in-depth excavation and analysis on learners’ recognition, understanding and status tracking. In response to the problems of delayed feedback of learning results and learning disorientation in the learning process, a learners’ fuzzy cognitive map that can characterize learners’ individual cognitive states and was combined with the domain knowledge structure was constructed from the perspective of deep learning. The construction process of the learners’ fuzzy cognitive maps was expounded from three aspects of the generation of course knowledge graph, the diagnosis of learners’ cognitive levels and the construction of fuzzy cognitive maps. On this basis, the personalized learning path recommendation and similar learning peer recommendation based on the learner fuzzy cognitive maps were proposed to promote learners’ deep learning.
