摘　　要：恶性肿瘤进展快、恶性程度高,发病率呈现逐年升高的趋势。多数恶性肿瘤在临床诊断时已是中晚期,患者失去了最佳治疗时机。近年来,基于血液的无创液体活检已逐渐成为检测肿瘤的有效生物标志物来源。血小板与肿瘤细胞相互作用后可形成肿瘤相关的血小板(tumor-educated platelets,TEPs)。作为液体活检的一种,TEPs在肿瘤的早期诊断中表现出巨大的潜能。本文围绕TEPs的最新研究成果进行综述,以期为TEPs应用于肿瘤的早期诊断提供理论依据。The incidence rate of malignant tumors is increasing rapidly.Most malignant tumors patients are already in the middle to late stages when they are clinically diagnosed,and patients have lost the best opportunity for treatment.In recent years,blood-based non-invasive liquid biopsy has gradually become an effective source of biomarkers for tumor detection.Tumor-educated platelets(TEPs)can be formed by the interaction of platelets with tumor cells.As a kind of liquid biopsy,TEPs has shown great potential in the early diagnosis of tumors.This review discusses the latest research results of TEPs in order to provide a theoretical basis for the application of TEPs in the early diagnosis of tumors.
