摘 要:Wnt信号传导途径在机体生长、发育、代谢等生物学过程中起着重要作用。人体各组织器官的发生发展与Wnt信号传导途径有着密切关系,通路的异常活化参与了人体多种疾病的发展过程。Wnt信号通路以其经典的Wnt/β-catenin信号通路研究最为广泛,Wnt/β-catenin信号通路在角膜发育过程中发挥了至关重要的作用,同时,其异常激活也会导致角膜相关疾病的发生。本文对近年来各学者对Wnt/β-catenin信号通路与角膜发育及其相关疾病的研究进行综述,以期能全面了解Wnt/β-catenin信号通路与角膜发育及疾病发生的关系。Wnt signaling pathway plays an important role in biological processes such as growth,development and metabolism.The development of human tissues and organs is closely related to the Wnt signaling pathway,and the abnormal activation of the pathway is involved in the development of a variety of human diseases.The classic Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway is the most widely studied of Wnt/β-catenin signal pathways and plays an important role in corneal development.Its abnormal activation can also lead to corneal diseases.In this paper,we reviewed the researche of Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway,corneal development and related diseases in recent years,in order to comprehensively understand the relationship between Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway and corneal development and disease.
