摘 要:推进课程思政建设是落实立德树人根本任务的战略举措。生物化学是生物类专业重要的基础理论课,其中的知识点蕴涵着丰富的思政元素。本文以蛋白质结构章节为例进行了较为系统的教学改革,建立了"目标设定、元素挖掘、择法融入、管理评价"教学改革路径,在教学实践中探索混合式教学对课程思政背景下生物化学教学设计的作用,对学生价值塑造进行形成性评价,为生物化学课程思政建设提供可借鉴的思路。Promoting the ideological and political construction of curriculum is a strategic measure to carry out the fundamental task of moral education. As an important basic theory course for students of biological major, Biochemistry contained abundant ideological and political elements hidden in the knowledge points.In this study, the chapter of "Protein Structure" is taken as an example to carry out a relatively systematic teaching reform through the pathway of "goal setting, element mining, teaching method selection and management evaluation". The role of mixed teaching in Biochemistry teaching design under the background of curriculum ideology and politics was explored during teaching practice. The formative evaluation method was used for evaluating students’ value shaping. These results provided a reference for the ideological and political construction of Biochemistry.
