摘 要:以郑州地铁某盾构区间工程为研究对象,针对施工过程中通用管片排版选点问题,建立坐标系计算隧道设计轴线和通用管片坐标,采用最小二乘法和枚举法进行点位优选和纠偏,并通过三维可视化模拟拼装来辅助管片排版施工。结果表明,拥有16个拼装点位的通用管片可优先选择的待拼装点位只有4种,管片选点时以16个拼装点位进行优选的结果不完全符合实际拼装要求,需进一步选优获得最佳点位;以5环纠偏环进行动态纠偏,优化后可将超过10^(6)次运算减少到1364次,有效提高管片选点效率;利用三维可视化模拟拼装技术,有效避免管片通缝并保证隧道成环质量。Taking a shield tunnel project in Zhengzhou as the object to solve the problem of general segment layout and point selection in the construction process.The coordinate system is established to calculate the tunnel design axis(DTA)and the segment coordinates,and the least square method and the enumeration method are used for point selection and dynamic deviation correction.Then use 3 D simulation assembly technology to assist in the layout of the segment.The results show that there are only 4 types of points to be assembled for general segment with 16 assembly points,and the optimal locations for point selection by 16 points do not fully meet the assembly requirements,so further optimization is needed to obtain the best point.Dynamic deviation correction is performed by the 5-ring segment,more than 10^(6) operations can be reduced to 1364 times with optimization,which effectively improves the efficiency of the point selection.The 3 D simulation assembly technology can effectively avoid the straight joint of the segment and ensure the quality of the tunnel.
