基于CNKI的康复医学与理疗学研究现状与热点分析

摘　　要：目的分析康复医学与理疗学博硕士学位论文的研究现状、研究热点及其前沿趋势,以期为今后该专业研究生的选题和写作提供一定参考。方法采用文献计量及可视化分析的方法,对CNKI收录的康复医学与理疗学博硕士学位论文的授予年度、授予单位、指导老师、论文被引及基金、高频关键词、关键词共现和聚类等方面展开研究。结果共检索到1473篇康复医学与理疗学博硕士学位论文,博士学位论文和硕士学位论文分别占比6.31%、93.69%;被引频次超过20次的学位论文共计9篇,占学位论文总数的0.61%;有基金资助的学位论文共计91篇,占学位论文总数的6.18%;“脑卒中”“脊髓损伤”“电针”“重复经颅磁刺激”以及“运动功能”等是该专业学位论文的热点关键词;近三年共有3个突现词:镜像疗法、太极拳和上肢,并且突现持续到2019年尚未结束。结论博硕士学位论文基本呈现逐年增加的趋势,并于2018年达到峰值;学位论文整体被引频次不高、基金项目较为单一;研究热点主要集中在脑部疾病与创伤、脊髓损伤等方面;人工智能等先进技术以及基于中医传统运动疗法慢性病的康复或将是今后的研究方向。康复医学与理疗学处于快速发展阶段,同时也存在诸多问题需不断探索和完善。Objective To analyze the research status,research hotspots and frontier trends of doctoral and master's dissertations of rehabilitation medicine and physical therapy,in order to provide some references for the topic selection and writing of graduate students in the future.Methods Taking the method of bibliometrics and visual analysis,research was conducted on the awarding year,awarding unit,instructor,citation and fund,high-frequency keywords,keyword co-words and clustering of doctoral and master's dissertations in CNKI.Results A total of 1473 doctoral and master's dissertations of rehabilitation medicine and physical therapy were retrieved,anddoctoral degree dissertations and master degree theses accounted for 6.31%and 93.69%respectively;There are 9 dissertations that have been cited more than 20 times,accounting for 0.61%of the total dissertation;The total number of dissertation funded by the foundation was 91,accounting for 6.18%of the total dissertation;"Stroke""spinal cord injury""electric acupuncture""repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation"and"motor function"were the hot keywords in the dissertation of rehabilitation medicine and physical therapy;In the past three years,there were three emergent words:mirror therapy,Taijiquan and upper limb and the emergent words had not yet ended until 2019.Conclusion Doctoral and master's dissertations basically show an increasing trend year by year,and reached a peak in 2018;The overall dissertation is not cited frequently,and the fund projects are relatively single;Research hotspots mainly focus on brain diseases and trauma,spinal cord injury and so on;Advanced technologies such as artificial intelligence as well as rehabilitation of chronic diseases based on traditional Chinese medicine exercise therapy may be the future research direction.Rehabilitation medicine and physical therapy is in a stage of rapid development,but there are also many problems that need to be explored and improved.
