摘 要:目的探讨基于柯氏模型的新入职护士规范化培训效果。方法于2020年1—6月、2020年7—12月,分别抽取两个阶段内不同科室且培训期间互不影响的新入职护士各100名作为研究对象,分别设置为对照组、干预组。对照组阶段采取传统培训方法进行规范化岗前培训,干预组阶段采取柯氏模型进行规范化岗前培训,比较两组的学习态度评分、考核成绩、综合能力评分、培训满意度。结果干预组的学习兴趣、学习积极性、学习主动性等评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预组的各项考核成绩均高于对照组(P<0.05)。培训后,干预组的各项能力评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预组对培训的总满意率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论柯氏模型用于新入职护士的岗前培训中,可有效改善护士学习态度,增强其专业素养和综合能力,提升其对岗前培训的满意度。Objective To explore the effect of standardized training for new nurses based on Coriolis model.Methods From January to June 2020 and from July to December 2020,100 cases of new nurses from different departments who are not affected with each other during training in the two stages were selected as research objects,which were set as control group and intervention group respectively.In the control group,traditional training methods were used for stan⁃dardized pre-job training,while in the intervention group,Coriolis model was used for standardized pre-job training.The learning attitude scores,assessment scores,comprehensive ability scores and training satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of learning interest,learning enthusiasm and learning initiative in the in⁃tervention group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The examination results of the intervention group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).After training,the ability scores of the intervention group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of the intervention group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of Coriolis model in the pre-job training of new nurses can effectively improve their learning attitude,enhance their professional quality and comprehensive ability,and enhance their satisfaction.
