基于多维协同培养下畜牧养殖专业人才创新创业培养路径探析

摘　　要：创新创业人才培养是深化供给侧结构性改革的有效路径。畜牧养殖产业是一个国家农业发展程度的重要指标,近年来越来越受到社会关注。从畜牧养殖专业的发展情况看,高素质人才的引入能带动行业向好发展。创新创业培养模式能加快畜牧养殖专业人才的优化和升级。本文简述创新创业培养对畜牧养殖专业人才的发展意义、发展现状和面临的问题,并从政府、企业、高校、学生4个维度对畜牧养殖专业人才创新创业培养路径进行了深入探析,为提高畜牧养殖专业创新创业人才培养提出了有效方案。Innovation and entrepreneurship talent training is an effective way to deepen the supply-side structural reform.Animal husbandry industry is an important indicator of a country’s agricultural development and has attracted more and more social attention in recent years.For the development of animal husbandry,the introduction of high-quality talents can drive the industry to a better development.Innovation and entrepreneurship training mode can accelerate the optimization and upgrading of animal husbandry professionals.In this paper,the innovative entrepreneurial culture significance to the development of animal husbandry professionals,elaborates the development situation and problems,and based on multidimensional system training from the government,enterprises,universities and students,four latitude on animal husbandry professionals innovative entrepreneurial training path carried on the thorough analysis,in order to improve livestock farming professional innovative entrepreneurial talent training put forward the efficient way.
