摘 要:当今社会,移动互联网技术飞速发展,“互联网+”、云计算、大数据等新兴技术的出现催生了共享经济的广泛应用,越来越多的企业利用共享经济优势为企业发展制造先机,收获红利。人力资源管理作为企业的重要部门更要抢抓机遇,充分利用共享经济优势创新人力资源管理模式,为企业发展助力。基于此,本文从分析饲料企业人力资源管理传统模式特点,阐述建立共享经济下人力资源管理模式的必要性。通过对共享经济人力资源管理特征的论述,阐述人力资源共享模式在企业中的应用方式,最后对共享经济存在的潜在问题进行分析。In today’s society,the rapid development of mobile Internet technology,the emergence of new technologies such as Internet plus,cloud computing and big data has brought about the wide application of the shared economy.More and more enterprises are making use of the advantages of shared economy to create opportunities for the development of enterprises,and to gain dividends.As an important department of enterprises,human resource management should seize opportunities,make full use of the advantages of shared economy,innovate human resource management mode and help enterprises develop.Based on this,this paper analyzes the characteristics of the traditional human resource management model of feed enterprises,and expounds the necessity of establishing the human resource management model under the sharing economy.By discussing the characteristics of human resource management in sharing economy,this paper expounds the application mode of human resource sharing mode in enterprises,and finally analyzes the potential problems existing in sharing economy.
