头孢克洛对热带地区非洲菊切花保鲜效果的影响

摘　　要：由于热带地区温度较高,使鲜切花在完全萎蔫折断前,因细菌、霉菌的感染,容易发生腐烂、发霉的现象,从而提前死亡。为延长非洲菊鲜切花在热带地区家庭中的观赏期以及提高观赏价值,该研究以非洲菊“亮粉”品种为实验对象,以2%蔗糖为保鲜液基本成分,添加不同质量的头孢克洛,配置成浓度不同的头孢克洛抑菌保鲜剂。结果表明,2%蔗糖+25mg/L头孢克洛对非洲菊鲜切花的观赏期延长及观赏价值的增加效果最为显著,是家庭较容易制备、价格便宜的理想保鲜剂。Due to the high temperature in tropical areas,fresh cut flowers are prone to rot and mildew before com⁃pletely wilting and breaking,leading to premature death due to infection with bacteria and molds.In order to extend the ornamental period of Cut Gerbera in families in tropical areas and improve the ornamental value of the ornamental period.Gerbera"glitter"variety was used as the experimental object in this experiment.The basic ingredient of the fresh-keeping solution was 2%sucrose,and different qualities of cefaclor were added to it.It was prepared into dif⁃ferent concentrations of anti-bacterial preservative of CEFACLOR.The experimental results showed that 2%sucrose+25 mg/L Cefclone had the most significant effect on the extension of ornamental period and increase of ornamental value of Cut Gerbera.It is an ideal preservative that is easy to make and inexpensive for households.
