摘　　要：为了减少MVR蒸发器故障停机情况发生,针对传统MVR蒸发器自动化监控系统功能单一,数据缺乏深层次应用,缺少对设备生命周期的科学管理等问题,设计了新型的MVR蒸发器远程智能监控系统。该系统具备远程监控、信息管理、故障预测等功能。通过自动化技术应用与工艺流程剖析,实现了远程自动化监控;建立了涵盖用户信息、生产信息、设备信息等内容的全方位信息管理模块;结合专家系统与模糊控制理论,完成了对设备的故障预测预警功能。系统目前运行稳定,状态良好。In order to reduce the occurrence of fault and shutdown of the MVR evaporator,a new type of MVR evaporator remote intelligent monitoring system was designed to solve the problems such as single function,lack of deep-level data application,and lack of scientific management of the equipment life cycle of the traditional MVR evaporator automatic monitoring system.The system has functions such as remote monitoring,information management,and fault prediction.Through the application of automation technology and process analysis,remote automatic monitoring is realized;a comprehensive information management module covering user information,production information,equipment information,etc.has been established;combined with expert system and fuzzy control theory,it completes the fault prediction and early warning function of equipment.At present,the system is operating stably and in good condition.
