摘　　要：本文对邻苯二甲酸酯种类、应用、对人体危害以及来源进行分析,以期为日后的防治提供一定的技术支撑和理论指导。邻苯二甲酸酯种类较多而且应用广泛,对人体具有致畸性和致癌性,而食品是人体摄入邻苯二甲酸酯的主要来源,日后监管应从生产、加工、流通等各个环节着手,以减少其对人体的危害。This article analyzes the types,applications,hazards and sources of phthalates,in order to provide certain technical support and theoretical guidance for future prevention and treatment.There are many types of phthalates and they are widely used.They are teratogenic and carcinogenic to the human body.Food is the main source of human intake of phthalates.In the future,supervision should start from the various processes of production,processing,and circulation to reduce the harm to the human body.
