摘 要:通过对清远市小作坊花生油中邻苯二甲酸二正丁酯(Di-n-butyl Phthalate,DBP)的检测发现,清远市小作坊花生油中DBP的检出率和超标率均为67.16%,平均含量为7.74 mg·kg^(-1),是卫办监督函〔2011〕551号(0.3 mg·kg^(-1))的25.8倍,最高含量为146μg·kg^(-1),是国家标准限量值的486.7倍。以塑化剂含量97.5位数评估清远市人群小作坊花生油中DBP每日膳食暴露和风险,本研究中DBP各年龄组人群的每日膳食暴露均大于0.05 mg/(kg·d),存在膳食暴露风险。清远市的小作坊花生油DBP的超标现象严重,应引起监管部门的重视。Through the detection of di-n-butyl phthalate(DBP)in peanut oil from small workshops in Qingyuan City,it is found that the detection rate and over standard rate of DBP in peanut oil from small workshops in Qingyuan City are 67.16%,with an average content of 7.74 mg·kg^(-1),25.8 times higher than that of wbjh[2011]No.551(0.3 mg·kg^(-1)),and the maximum content is 146μg·kg^(-1),486.7 times of the national standard limit value.The daily dietary exposure and risk of DBP in peanut oil in small workshops of Qingyuan population were evaluated by 97.5 digits of plasticizer content.In this study,the daily dietary exposure of DBP in all age groups was greater than 0.05 mg/(kg·d),so there was dietary exposure risk.The DBP of peanut oil in small workshops in Qingyuan city exceeds the standard seriously,which should be paid attention to by the regulatory authorities.
