摘　　要：识别耕地关键性生态系统服务有助于明确耕地保护的关键点和侧重点,推动耕地保护向"数量、质量、生态"三位一体转型以及制定和实施差别化的耕地保护政策。本文以湖北省武汉市为例,运用选择实验法获得了公众对耕地资源各项生态系统服务功能的偏好和支付意愿,并通过潜在分类模型揭示其偏好异质性,从而识别了该地区耕地资源的关键性生态系统服务,为实现差别化的耕地保护政策目标提供了理论支撑和实践参考。结果表明,公众对于保护耕地从而获得相应的耕地生态系统服务功能有较普遍的支付意愿;公众对耕地多种生态功能的偏好存在异质性且耕地的调节服务为该地区的关键性生态系统服务功能;此外,公众对耕地各项生态系统服务的偏好和需要存在主次之分。最后,本文从立足耕地生态功能持续推进耕地保护转型以及基于耕地生态功能的竞争与协同明确差别化耕地保护政策的关键点和侧重点两个方面提出了政策建议。Identifying the key issues and priorities of farmland conservation provide the basis for promoting the transformation of farmland conservation to the trinity of"quantity,quality and ecology"and formulating differentiated farmland conservation policies.Taking Wuhan in Hubei Province as the study area,based on the survey data,this paper revealed the public’s preference and willingness to pay for each ecosystem service of farmland by choice experiment method and figured out their preference heterogeneity using the latent classification model so as to identify the key ecosystem services of farmland in this region.It provides theoretical support and practical reference for the realization of differential cultivated land protection policy objectives.The results show that the public has a general willingness to pay for the protection of farmland to obtain corresponding cultivated land ecosystem services.The public’s preferences for multiple ecosystem services of farmland are heterogeneous and the regulation service of farmland is the key ecosystem service function in Wuhan.In addition,the public’s demands for the ecosystem services of farmland are not equally important.Finally,this paper put forward policy recommendations from two aspects.On one hand,the transformation of farmland conservation should be promoted continuously based on the ecological function of farmland.On the other hand,we should clarify the key points and priorities of farmland conservation based on the competition and coordination of farmland ecological functions.
