摘　　要：牙列重度磨耗是一种丧失了生理性正中颌位的疾病,其病因主要有磨耗、酸蚀、外伤、不良习惯等,常见于中老年患者。咬合重建是一种咬合改良的方法,指用修复的方法对牙列的整体颌位关系和咬合接触进行改造和重新建立,其中暂时性(牙合)垫在修复过程中起到重要的作用。对牙列重度磨耗的危害、暂时性(牙合)垫在修复中的作用及重要性进行综述,以期对临床修复工作有一定的指导意义。Severe dentition is a kind of disease caused by loss of physiologic median jaw position,which is often seen in middle-aged and elderlypatients.Occlusal reconstruction refers to the reconstruction and reestablishment of the occlusal state of dentition by means of restoration,among which the temporary occlusal pad plays an important role in the restoration process.This paper summarized the harm of severe wear of dentition and the importance of temporary occlusal pad in restoration,so as to provide some guidance for clinical repair work.
