摘  要:铬冻胶成本低、配制简单,是目前最常用的堵剂之一。针对高温下不同水解度的聚丙烯酰胺做成胶液所配制的铬冻胶成胶时间短的问题,选择以AM-AMPS共聚物配制胶液,利用AM-AMPS共聚物高温下缓慢水解来延缓聚合物和乙酸铬的交联反应。研究结果表明,乙酸及纳米SiO_(2)可延缓该AM-AMPS共聚物的水解速度,有效延缓堵剂成胶时间;另外,纳米SiO_(2)可提高冻胶体系强度及其稳定性。最优配方为0.6%聚合物AM-AMPS+0.5%乙酸铬+0.5%乙酸+0.3%纳米SiO_(2),100℃下的成胶时间为35 h,成胶后弹性模量为14.1 Pa,100℃90 d脱水率小于0.5%,成胶后突破压力梯度达到5 MPa/m。Chromium gel has low cost and simple preparation technology,and it is one of the most commonly used plugging agents.In order to solve the problem of short gelation time of chromium gel prepared by polyacrylamide gel solution with different degree of hydrolysis at high temperature,using AM-AMPS copolymer to prepare gel solution,the cross-linking reaction between polymer and chromium acetate is delayed by the slow hydrolysis of AM-AMPS copolymer at high temperature.The results show that acetic acid and nano-SiO_(2) can delay the hydrolysis rate of the AM-AMPS copolymer and effectively delay the gelling time of plugging agent.Nano-SiO_(2) can improve the strength and stability of gel system.The optimal formula is 0.6%polymer AM-AMPS+0.5%chromium acetate+0.5%acetic acid+0.3%nano-SiO_(2).The gelation time is 35 h at 100℃,the elastic modulus of chromium gel is 14.1 Pa after gelation,the dehydration rate is less than 0.5%at 100℃for 90 d,and the breakthrough pressure gradient reaches 5 MPa/m after gelation.
