摘  要:韶钢炼铁厂高炉中央控制室UPS,原设计无市电旁路或维修旁路开关。由于高炉自动化设备供电,各功能电路的工作电源一旦出现故障,整个装置就陷入瘫痪,因此,工作电源必须可靠、精确。通过UPS冗余控制技术改造,提高了系统的可靠性,一旦出现故障,能保证应急操作,保证高炉生产安全。For the UPS in the central control room of BF for iron-making plant,the original design had no electric bypass or maintenance bypass switch.For the power supply system of blast furnace automation equipment,the importance of the working power supply of each functional circuit is self-evident,because once the working power supply fails,the whole device is paralyzed and the normal operation is impossible.Therefore,the working power supply must be reliable and accurate.By reforming the UPS redundancy control technology,the reliability of the system has been improved.In case of emergency,the feasibility of emergency operation and the safety of blast furnace production are ensured.
