乳腺癌患者免疫指标检测及其临床价值分析

摘　　要：目的:分析乳腺癌患者免疫指标检测及其临床价值。方法:选取我院2018年2月—2021年2月收治的乳腺癌患者40例为乳腺癌组,同期选择我院健康体检者20名为健康组。乳腺癌组依据其分期分为乳腺癌Ⅰ期组10例、乳腺癌Ⅱ期组21例及乳腺癌Ⅲ期组9例。检测并观察细胞免疫指标。结果:乳腺癌组患者的细胞免疫功能显著低于健康组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且乳腺癌Ⅲ期CD3、CD4、CD8、CD4/CD8及NK指标水平变化与乳腺癌Ⅰ、Ⅱ期,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:乳腺癌患者细胞免疫功能明显下降,且细胞免疫功能与其肿瘤临床分期的关系密切,可为临床诊断和治疗提供依据。Objective To explore the detection and clinical value of immune markers in breast cancer patients.Methods 40 cases of breast cancer patients admitted to our hospital from February 2018 to February 2021 were selected as the breast cancer group.and 20 healthy people in our hospital were selected as health group.According to their staging,the breast cancer group was divided into Ⅰ group,stage Ⅱ group and Ⅲ stage group.There were 10 cases,21 cases and 9 cases in the three groups.The cellular immune indexes were detected and observed.Results The cellular immune function of the breast cancer group was significantly lower than that of the healthy group(P<0.05),and the changes of III,CD3,CD4,CD8,CD4/CD8 and NK in breast cancer were statistically significant compared with that in the stage of I and phaseⅡ(P<0.05).Conclusion The cellular immune function of breast cancer patients is significantly decreased,and the cellular immune function is closely related to the clinical staging of the breast cancer.It can provide basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
