摘　　要：知识经济时代的到来促使更多企业从组织外部环境中搜寻知识,来弥补组织现有技术与知识的不足,而创新网络作为一种新型网络形式应运而生并备受关注。基于当前时代背景与研究文献,界定了创新网络的内涵,分析了创新网络的特征,构建了创新网络与组织间知识转移的理论分析框架,并从结构嵌入和关系嵌入两个层面来详细阐述创新网络与知识转移的内在作用机制,为企业利用组织外部知识资源,加强自身的技术创新能力,增强企业的竞争力提供参考。The advent of the era of knowledge economy urges more enterprises to search for knowledge from the external environment of the organization to make up for the lack of existing technology and knowledge.As a new network form,innovation network came into being and attracted much attention.Based on the current background and research literature,this paper defines the connotation of innovation network,analyzes the characteristics of innovation network,constructs a theoretical analysis framework of innovation network and inter-organizational knowledge transfer,and expounds in detail the internal mechanism of innovation network and knowledge transfer from the two levels of structure embedding and relationship embedding,so as to provide references for enterprises to make use of external knowledge resources,strengthen their own technological innovation ability and enhance the competitiveness.
