摘　　要：在“大众创业、万众创新”的背景下,探讨员工创造力对内部创业行为的纵向影响,并探究创业自我效能感的中介作用以及公司创业导向和组织支持感的调节作用。基于252份员工问卷的分析,结果表明:员工创造力对创业自我效能感、内部创业行为具有显著正向影响;创业自我效能感在员工创造力和内部创业行为的关系中起到中介作用;公司创业导向在员工创造力和创业自我效能感之间起到调节作用;组织支持感在创业自我效能感和内部创业行为之间起到调节作用。Under the background of mass entrepreneurship and innovation,the longitudinal study is aimed to explore the effect of employees’creativity on employee internal entrepreneurial behavior,the mediating effect of entrepreneurial self-efficacy,and the moderating effect of corporate entrepreneurial orientation and perceived organizational support.The analysis results of 252 valid questionnaires show that:employees’creativity has a significant positive effect on entrepreneurial self-efficacy and internal employee entrepreneurial behavior;entrepreneurial self-efficacy plays an mediating role in the relationship between employees’creativity and internal entrepreneurial behavior;corporate entrepreneurial orientation plays a moderating role between employees’creativity and entrepreneurial self-efficacy;perceived organizational support plays a moderating role between entrepreneurial self-efficacy and internal entrepreneurial behavior.
