摘　　要：肠道菌群失调与帕金森病(Parkinson′s disease,PD)的发生发展密切相关。肠道菌群失调可以通过影响肠上皮细胞屏障、肠道免疫系统、肠道菌群-肠道-脑轴的相互作用等引起胃肠功能障碍,促进多巴胺能神经元变性,影响PD的发生发展。中医药通过调节肠道菌群一定程度上能够改善PD症状,但辨证论治缺乏统一的疗效评定标准,尚未形成规范化、标准化的中医诊疗方案和疗效评价体系,且临床试验设计不够严谨,样本量偏小。故今后需进一步明确PD患者肠道菌群失调的特征,研究肠道菌群在PD的病理生理机制,了解肠道微生态的重建方法,论证中医药治疗PD的优势,揭示中医药治疗的新靶点及作用机理,提高临床试验设计的标准化,进行大样本、多中心的随机前瞻性研究。The imbalance of intestinal flora is closely related to the occurrence and development of Parkinson′s disease(PD).Intestinal flora imbalance can cause gastrointestinal dysfunction by affecting the intestinal epithelial cell barrier,intestinal immune system,intestinal flora-intestinal-brain axis interaction,etc.,promote dopaminergic neuro-degeneration,and affect the occurrence and development of PD.Traditional Chinese medicine can improve the symptoms of PD to a certain extent by regulating the intestinal flora,but the diagnosis and treatment of syndrome lacks a unified efficacy evaluation standard,a standardized and standardized TCM diagnosis and treatment plan and efficacy evaluation system have not been formed,and the clinical trial design is not rigorous enough,and the sample size is small.Therefore,it is necessary to further clarify the characteristics of intestinal flora imbalance in PD patients,study the pathophysiological mechanism of intestinal flora for PD,understand the reconstruction method of intestinal micro-ecology,demonstrate the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of PD,reveal the therapeutic targets of traditional Chinese medicine and the mechanism of action,improve the standardization of clinical trials,and strengthen large-sample,multi-center randomized prospective researches.
