摘　　要：ABB公司DCS系统使用了MB300网络和800XA系统。包括四台A C450控制器和一台A C800M控制器。运行中出现操作员站画面卡顿、数据显示异常问题。针对该通讯故障问题,从网络通讯电缆、网关、服务器等可能引起故障的各个方面进行了排查、优化、处理,最终解决了问题。对涉及的硬件软件的功能、检查的步骤、参数、程序等进行了详细地阐述,对A B B DCS系统网络故障排查处理具有很强的指导意义。ABB’s DCS system uses MB300 network and 800XA system,installing four AC450 controllers and one AC800M controller.The operator station screen freezes during operation,and the data display is abnormal.Aiming at the complex problem of communication failures,the network communication cables,gateways,servers and other aspects that may cause failures were checked,optimized,and dealt with,and the problem was finally solved.The functions of the hardware and software involved,inspection steps,parameters,procedures,etc.are elaborated in detail,which has a strong guiding significance for the ABB DCS system network troubleshooting.
