摘  要:作为语言类应用课程,英语要求学生充分融入课堂教学互动中,多模态教学模式有利于充分调动学生与教师以及外部环境的互动。研究梳理了成人英语多模态教学的历史发展脉络,总结国家开放大学三次英语多模态教学改革实践,发现目前国家开放大学的英语教学主要存在成人英语应用需求度下降,学生学习主动性不高;成人学生基础素质较差,学习能力差;成人高校不重视英语,教学设备落后等问题,基于此,提出要加强校企合作,提供英语教学职场背景;完善激励机制,提高学生学习热情;引入情景教学方法;完善英语教学设备,提高教学设备利用率等对策建议。As a language application course,English requires students to fully integrate into the classroom teaching interaction,multimodal teaching mode is conducive to fully mobilize the interaction between students and teachers and the external environment.The research has sorted out the historical development of adult English multimodal teaching,and summarized the three times of the open university English multimodal teaching reform practice,and found that the current English teaching of the open university mainly has a decline in the demand for adult English application,and students’learning initiative is not high;adult students have poor basic quality and poor learning ability;adult higher colleges do not pay attention to the problems of English and backward teaching equipment.Based on this,it is proposed to strengthen school-enterprise cooperation and provide English teaching workplace background;improve the incentive mechanism to increase students’learning enthusiasm;introduce situational teaching methods;suggestions for improving English teaching equipment and improving the utilization of teaching equipment.
