摘　　要：对五所地方高校协同创新中心核心利益相关者的质性研究表明,地方高校协同创新中心的管理机构业已明确、运行机制较为合理、管理制度相对完善、成果产出及人才培养取得了一定成效,但同时也存在协同单位参与度不高、管理体制不够灵活、运行模式传统单一等问题。展望未来的地方高校协同创新中心建设,应进一步激发协同单位的参与热情,通过权力释放和权力下沉等方式不断优化管理体制,应着力构建科学研究、人才培养、技术开发一体化的运行模式。The qualitative research on the core stakeholders of five local universities’collaborative innovation centers shows that the management organization of the collaborative innovation center of local universities is clearly established,the operation mechanism is reasonable,the management system is relatively complete,and achievements in output and the personnel training have been made.But there are also problems,such as low participation degree of the cooperative units,inflexible management system,and traditional single operation mode.Looking to the future construction of collaborative innovation centers in local colleges and universities,the enthusiasm of cooperative units should be further aroused.The management system should be optimized continuously through the power release and power sinking,and the operation mode which integrates scientific research,talent training and technology development should be constructed.
