摘　　要：视角的选择意味着意义的凸显,选择以学生发展视角建构地方本科院校学生工作体系,意味着“促进学生发展”作为学生工作的重要意义之一被凸显了出来,并对学生工作体系建构的理念、内容和路径提出了要求。建构理念上,用“以生为本”“发展为要”“协同为基”等理念凸显学生的主体地位、自我发展能力和学习体验。建构内容上,要建构以发挥学生主体性为基础的师生关系样态、以彰显发展服务性为主线的事务关系网络、以增强能量自赋性为归旨的工作载体系统、以形成功能整合性为目标的内外工作联系。建构路径上,通过焦点建构,实现“促进学生发展”的核心价值;通过整体建构,形成“促进学生发展”的工作闭环;通过动态建构,适应“促进学生发展”的时代需要。The choice of perspective indicates underlining the significance.Choosing to construct the student work system in local undergraduate colleges from the perspective of student development means"promoting student development"is highlighted as one of the important meanings of student work,which also puts forward requirements for the concept,content and path of student work system construction.In terms of construction concept,students’dominance,self-development ability and learning experience are highlighted under the concepts of"taking students as the foundation","development as the key"and"coordination as the basis".In terms of construction content,it is necessary to construct the teacher-student relationship based on giving full play to students’subjectivity,the business network focusing on promoting service,the carrier system aiming at enhancing self-empowerment of energy,and the internal and external work contact aiming at forming functional integration.In terms of construction path,the core value of"promoting students’development"is realized through focus construction,the closed loop of"promoting students’development"is formed through overall construction,and the new needs of"promoting students’development"are met through dynamic construction.
