摘　　要：推进大学生数字素养教育是加快产业数字升级的重要基础,是实现治理现代化的必要条件,也是形成新发展文明的有力保障,具有十分重要的战略价值。数字素养具有丰富的内涵,在此基础上,大学生数字素养教育的核心目标包括数字交流能力、数字创新能力和数字批判能力三个维度。推进大学生数字素养教育,需要政府、高校及社会发挥各自优势作用,共同营造大学生数字素养培养的有利环境。Promoting digital literacy education for college students is becoming the primary basis for accelerating industrial digital upgrading,the key condition for realizing governance modernization,and the powerful guarantee for forming a new development civilization,which has increasingly important strategic value.Based on the rich connotations of digital literacy,the core goal of digital literacy education for college students involves three dimensions:digital communication ability,digital innovation ability and digital critical ability.To promote the digital literacy education for college students,the government,universities and society need to play their respective advantages to create a favorable environment for the improvement of college students’digital literacy.
