摘 要:研究不同颜色的光对野菊花醇溶性色素稳定性及黄酮类成分含量的影响,结果表明在实验设计的观察时间内,黑暗、红光和绿光照射处理下的色素溶液表现为褪色,而蓝光、黄光、白光下照射下的色素溶液颜色变得更黄更红。色价与时间回归时,黑暗处理下线性较好(R^(2)=0.976),绿光(R^(2)=0.959)、红光(R^(2)=0.945)次之;色差与时间回归时,蓝光照射下线性较好(R^(2)=0.973),绿光(R^(2)=0.968)、白光(R^(2)=0.962)次之。黄酮类成分含量测定结果显示,不同处理条件下色素溶液中各测定的黄酮类成分均呈下降趋势,且与时间的线性关系良好,其中蓝光下总黄酮和蒙花苷降最多,降幅分别为21.88%、39.99%,槲皮素、木犀草素、芹菜素、刺槐素等四种黄酮苷元储藏前后含量差异也达到了极显著(P<0.01)。The effects of different color lights on stability and flavonoids content of pigment from Flos Chrysanthemi indici were studied in this manuscript.The results showed that the pigment solution under darkness,red and green light showed fading,while the pigment solution under blue,yellow and white light became more yellow and red,during the experimental observation time.When color values regressed with treatment time,the linearity was better under dark treatment(R^(2)=0.976),followed by green light(R^(2)=0.959)and red light(R^(2)=0.945);when color differences regressed with treatment time,the linearity was better under blue light(R^(2)=0.973),followed by green light(R^(2)=0.968)and white light(R^(2)=0.962).The results showed that the content of flavonoids in the pigment solutions showed downward trends under different treatment conditions,and there was a good linear relationship with time.The content of total flavonoids and linarin decreased the most under blue light,with the decrease rates of 21.88%and 39.99%Respectively,the content difference of quercetin,luteolin,apigenin,acacetin was extremely significant(P<0.01)before and after storage.
