摘 要:为考察Hp感染慢性胃炎与胃黏膜菌群的相关性,根据13C呼气试验结果将慢性胃炎患者分为Hp感染阴性组(无感染组)和阳性组(感染组)各3例,采用16S rRNA基因测序技术对胃黏膜菌群进行研究。结果表明:在门水平上Hp感染组中变形菌明显高于无感染组,而厚壁菌、拟杆菌等显著低于无感染组;在属水平上Hp感染组中螺杆菌、链球菌和放线杆菌极显著高于无感染组,而沙雷菌、unidentified-Chloroplast和不动杆菌极显著低于无感染组;在种水平上Hp感染组有幽门螺杆菌,而无感染组则是粘质沙雷菌;Alpha和Beta多样性指数组间差异分析表明无感染组菌群丰度和多样性均高于Hp感染组(P<0.05)。Hp感染可改变胃黏膜菌群,导致菌群丰度和多样性降低。In order to investigate the correlation between chronic gastritis with(Helicobacter pylori,Hp)infection and gastric mucosal flora,according to the;C breath test results,the patients with chronic gastritis were divided into the Hp-negative group(N)and the positive group(P),and the gastric mucosal flora was studied by 16 S rRNA gene sequencing technology.At the phylum level,proteobacteria in the Hp infected group was significantly higher than that in the non-infected group,while Firmicutes and Bacteroidetes were significantly lower than those in the non-infected group(P<0.05);At the genus level,Helicobacter,Streptococcus and Actinobacillus in the Hp infected group were significantly higher than those in the non-infected group(P<0.01),while Sarreia,unidentified;Chloroplast and Acinetobacter were significantly lower than those in the non-infected group(P<0.01);At the specific level,H.pylori was found in the Hp infected group,and Serratia marcescens was found in the non-infected group.The difference analysis of Alpha and Beta diversity index showed that the abundance and diversity of non-infected group were higher than those of Hp infected group(P<0.05).Hp infection can change gastric mucosa flora,leading to the decrease of flora abundance and diversity.
