摘　　要：目的调查无锡市产科护士工作生活质量现状,分析其影响因素。方法2020年9月,采用工作相关生活质量量表(work-related quality of life,WRQOL-2)、心理弹性量表(connor-davidson redilience scale,CD-RISC)和领悟社会支持量表(perceived social supportscale,PSSS)对无锡市20家医院420名产科护士进行问卷调查,采用多元线性逐步回归分析产科护士工作生活质量的影响因素,Bootstrap法验证心理弹性在领悟社会支持与工作生活质量间的作用。结果无锡市产科护士工作生活质量得分为110.03±19.17,其中工作条件得分为20.10±4.43,工作压力得分为14.08±3.40,工作掌控得分为17.73±3.19,工作家庭平衡得分为6.90±1.71,工作评价得分为16.89±3.77,一般幸福感得分为17.03±3.73,职业生涯满意度得分为13.94±2.46。回归分析结果显示,心理弹性、领悟社会支持及1周睡眠时间可能是其工作生活质量的影响因素(均P<0.05);Bootstrap法验证了心理弹性在领悟社会支持与工作生活质量间起部分中介作用,中介效应占总效应比例为40.42%。结论无锡市产科护士工作生活质量处于中等水平,增强领悟社会支持,提高心理弹性对其工作生活质量具有保护作用。Objective To explore the current status of quality of working life among obstetric nurses in Wuxi City,analyze its influencing factors.Methods In September 2020,a questionnaire investigation was performed among 420 obstetric nurses from 20 hospitals in Wuxi City by the work related quality of life scale(WRQOL-2),Connor-davidson resilience scale(CD-RISC)and perceived social support scale(PSS).The multiple linear stepwise regression was used to analyze the influencing factors of quality of working life among obstetric nurses,and Bootstrap method was used to verify the role of psychological resilience between perceived social support and quality of working life.Results The total score of quality of working life in obstetric nurses was110.03±19.17,of which the score of working conditions was 20.10±4.43,work pressure was 14.08±3.40,work control was 17.73±3.19,work family balance was 6.90±1.71,work evaluation was 16.89±3.77,general well-being was 17.03±3.73,and career satisfaction was 13.94±2.46.Regression analysis showed that psychological resilience,perceived social support and sleep time per week may be the influencing factors(all P<0.05).Bootstrap method revealed that psychological resilience plays a partial mediating role between perceived social support and quality of working life,and the mediating effect accounted for 40.42%of the total effect.Conclusion The quality of working life among obstetric nurses in Wuxi City is in the medium.Enhancing perceived social support and cultivating psychological resilience have a protective effect on their quality of working life.
